Testimonials

SILVIA, MOTHER

Working with Jessica has been wonderful. My daughter is the perfect adolescent: she doesn’t drink, smoke or like parties! She also spends most of her time at home.

But I wanted to know if she was OK and how to approach her.

With Jessica’s help, tools and exercises she gave my daughter, I saw a difference. She was happier and more extroverted.

Jessica has assured us she will keep in touch and is always available if we need here. I loved her, I still do and I will be forever thankful.

MOTHER TO 17-YEAR-OLD KR

After being diagnosed with anorexia nervosa and server anxiety, our daughter found it extremely difficult to engage with professionals and any kind of therapy.

I can honestly say Jessica is our shining light. K loves the positive life coaching; it gives her a sense of purpose and hope for the future.

She looks forward to seeing Jessica and after each session is always smiling and is much more motivated.

I am just so grateful and relieved our daughter has found someone she trusts. She is slowly gaining her confidence and self belief and worth.

I can’t recommend Jessica enough and K says the same.

LILLIE, 9

Before I started coaching, all my thoughts and feelings were jumbled up.

Now it’s so much easier to deal with my feelings and help my friends and family deal with theirs too.

DAVID, FATHER

I can really see a difference in my daughter. She seems so much more at peace and less anxious, more assured.

Where before there was hidden self-doubt, that is no longer seems to exist. She also really enjoyed the sessions. Thank you.

CHRISTINA, 20

Jessica’s advice was natural, effortless and extremely effective. She calmed medown and listened to me when I needed someone.

She used calm, soothing words of encouragement to relax me before my exam.

She was patient when I was confused, offering me simple methodical was to deal with the situation.

If I got stuck she would guide me towards the answer, showing how she cared.

Jessica embodied enthusiasm, made me feel prepared and calm before my exams and I couldn’t thank here more.

SHANTA, 17

Jessica is a huge help and support to me, in building my confidence and skill on the stage. She is a real inspiration, and I am continually taken aback by her high level of care and commitment as both a guide and a friend.

SUNILA, MOTHER

Jessica has been a wonderful role model for my teenage daughter. Her enthusiasm, kindness and positive attitude helped my daughter to believe in herself and gain confidence.

Jessica sees talent and individuality in each student and brings it out. She really is a remarkable coach and mentor – we are so glad to have found her!

BH, 19

Thank you for coaching me, Jess!

I’ve learnt so much, and I’ve realised in these last few sessions how different I am from June last year xx

EA, 16

I feel so much better since I’ve started coaching. This Jess stuff works!

BETHAN, 20

Jessica has all the characteristics you want in a coach. She is non-judgmental, kind and uplifting and helped me open up and always feel comfortable during my sessions.

She helped me search for the true roots of my stress and gave me tools to deal with them. I couldn’t recommend her more and can’t thank her enough.

MOTHER TO HARRY

Jessica’s coaching has and is making a huge difference. Although Harry is a confident person, he is also extremely sensitive and self-aware/self-critical – something that doesn’t get seen in school.

He tends to be very stoic on the outside, bottling up his emotions, which makes him self-destructive and self-critical. Coaching has helped him enormously to deal with a bullying situation and friendship issues that were causing him a great deal of anxiety and to dislike himself immensely.

He takes on board others’ opinion/judgements, which affected him emotionally and physically. Through coaching, he is learning it is OK to have all the emotions he does. He can work through them and understand them and learn to appreciated and like the individual he is. He can stand tall in an environment that tries to pull him down.

I wanted Harry to have someone he an open up to about anything, including how he feels about being in a split family, and not feel worried about an emotional reaction.

Sometimes, it is so difficult juggling things – commitments and tiredness, lack of time and my own feelings towards situations – and I know I don’t always react in the best way. Harry being able to trust someone impartial is a huge thing.
